The ambitious goals of Biz2Grid call for a strong collaboration of many
different organizations: The project lead is taken by the industrial
partner IBM; two university research groups, one located at the
Philipps Universität Marburg, the other at Universität Karlsruhe (TH),
take care of the projects technical and economic aspects, respectively.
Bidding support and requirement engineering are contributed by the
Forschungszentrum Informatik, also located in Karlsruhe. Finally the
BMW Group, as an associated partner in Biz2Grid, provides a real
industrial environment for the evaluation of the project’s research
achievements.
