      <description>The article "Network Neutrality and Congestion Sensitive Content Providers: Implications for Content Variety, Broadband Investment and Regulation" from Jan Krämer und Lukas Wiewiorra (Department Telecommunicatons Markets) has recently appeared in the prestigious journal "Information Systems Research". In the article, the authors analyze the potentials and dangers of net neutrality regulation. In particular, they show that net neutrality regulation will yield inefficient outcomes in many cases.</description>
